Manufactured from high-tenacity Dacron or equivalent heavy-weather sailcloth, our storm sails are built to withstand extreme loads. Fluorescent orange fabric is used as standard to ensure maximum visibility in poor light and severe conditions.
All storm sails feature extensive reinforcements, including double stitching throughout and heavily reinforced tablings, patches, and attachment points to provide exceptional strength and durability when it matters most.
Storm jibs can be supplied with traditional hanks (clips) for reliable luff attachment, along with alternative solutions such as soft shackles or tie-on systems should a furling foil fail.
Sleeve-style storm sails are also available, designed to fit securely over a furled headsail for rapid deployment in heavy weather.
